Jaymie Koroluk ( She/Her )

Assistant Director (Wellness, Leadership and Organizational Development)

Over the course of more than 15 years in the higher education sector Jaymie has held positions at multiple universities as an individual contributor and leading teams in the areas of teaching and learning and organizational development. As an experienced educator, facilitator, and leader, Jaymie works to engage teams and groups in meaningful discussions and experiences to learn, solve problems, and build relationships. Her experience working with a significant cross section of university academic and operational units gives her an appreciation for the complexities of large institutions and insight into the strategies and supports needed to effect organizational change.


Jaymie’s current portfolio as Assistant Director, Wellness, Leadership and Organizational Development works to support a range of programs and resources aimed at increasing the capacity, resilience, and skills of Carleton University staff and faculty. Initiatives include development, delivery and facilitation of leadership and management development programs, oversight of Carleton’s Healthy Workplace programming and strategy, and support for strategic planning, team building, and consultation processes.


Jaymie holds a Bachelor of Education in Arts Education and a B.A. in Visual Art from the University of Regina, and a Master of Education in Educational Technology and Design from the University of Saskatchewan.
