Select the changes to improve performance
- Evaluate each of the potential changes to determine which ones to recommend for implementation
- Determine and assess the impact and the possible cost of each potential change where applicable
- Identify which potential changes will provide the best value for the organization
- Decide which of the potential changes are to be recommended
- Consult internal experts (e.g., functional director, manager) regarding the changes for recommendation
- Identify implementation team
Obtain the support of the Steering Committee
- Prepare final report summarizing benchmarking process, results, and recommendations
- Submit report to Organizational Excellence Steering Committee for approval to move forward with the recommendations
