Select the changes to improve performance

  • Evaluate each of the potential changes to determine which ones to recommend for implementation
  • Determine and assess the impact and the possible cost of each potential change where applicable
  • Identify which potential changes will provide the best value for the organization
  • Decide which of the potential changes are to be recommended
  • Consult internal experts (e.g., functional director, manager) regarding the changes for recommendation
  • Identify implementation team

Obtain the support of the Steering Committee

  • Prepare final report summarizing benchmarking process, results, and recommendations
  • Submit report to Organizational Excellence Steering Committee for approval to move forward with the recommendations
