Project Management Team
The Project Management Team is jointly responsible for oversight of the project, including budget, timelines, community relationships and research, student training and mentoring, arrangements for knowledge mobilization and ensuring that the research plan is executed to the point of knowledge dissemination.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee (SC) has ultimate responsibility for project decision-making, including budgetary decisions and ensuring that the partnership meets its goals and objectives. The SC is comprised of the project director, the co-director, the cluster co-leaders and representatives from the Institute of Public Administration Canada (IPAC) and the Waterloo Institute for Social Innovation and Resilience (WISIR).

Student Network Research Assistants
Our goal is to create a network of Indigenous community members, high school, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students that will be trained to complete effective work with Indigenous communities to a high standard of academic excellence. At each stage of our work, we will train students, particularly Indigenous students, and highly qualified personnel in First Nation communities to undertake research projects under the supervision of community leaders, teachers, and academics.
