Go ENG Girl is a unique opportunity for female students* in Grades 7 to 11 to learn about careers in the exciting field of engineering. Carleton University hosts an annual event in October to engage participants in fun, hands-on design projects. Students and parents also have a chance to hear from current engineering students about what it’s like to study at Carleton!

*By saying female students, we recognize and welcome all cisgender girls, transgender girls, and all femme students to this program.

We also have Jr Eng Girl for female students in Grades 3-6!

This year the event will be moved to an online format! All the materials will be shipped to your house before the event, and students will participate in the activities online on Saturdays in October!

Some things to note:

  • We only ship to Ottawa area – Manotick, Orleans etc. included
  • Students will need access to a device to participate in the live event – laptop, PC, mobile phone, or tablet will all work!
