Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every camper. In order to ensure our instructors are well-rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.
Payment and Deposit
- A deposit of $50 will be taken upon registration to secure your camp spot. See below for cancellation policy.
- The full camp balance (camp fee plus extended care if applicable) is due 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.
- Login to your online account to make a payment early or the payment will automatically be charged on the due date below.

Please note: This payment schedule is for our 2026 summer camp season. Dates are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel or transfer camp registration through your Active account.

- There is no fee to switch into a different camp or to switch camp weeks (depending on space availability).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of registration will incur a $15 admin fee. You must email vv@carleton.ca within 24 hours of registration. Cancellations schedule honoured by the requested date of refund (via email or phone).
- If any camps are cancelled by Virtual Ventures all participants will receive a full refund.
Discounts

- At checkout, indicate (question provided) you are a Carleton staff and provide your staff email. You will then receive a coupon code to apply at checkout.
- Virtual Ventures has the right to request proof of employment, and remove any discounts that were used by non-Carleton employees.
- If for some reason the discount did not apply during registration, please contact us by email at vv@carleton.ca.
