All Carleton students and grads are encouraged to attend the in-person Fall Career & Networking Fair!

Whether you’re in your first year, graduating, or alumni, the Career & Networking Fair is your chance to practice networking, learn about employers, and explore opportunities. Check out the alphabetical employers and partners list and employers and partners list by faculty/department, as well as the Cheat Sheet. Please note, employer lists are subject to change.

Why attend? 

• Practice builds confidence: Networking is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. The Career & Networking Fair is a professional-yet-approachable environment to start conversations, ask questions, and build confidence. 
• Explore opportunities: Learn about full-time, part-time, co-op, and future roles. Even if you’re not job hunting now or an employer you’re interested in isn’t hiring at the moment, understanding what’s out there helps you plan ahead.
• Gain insight: Discover what different organizations do, what they value in candidates, and how you might fit in now or in the future. By chatting with a range of employers you can also identify valuable hiring trends.
• Grow your network: Make connections that could lead to mentorship, advice, or future opportunities. Every conversation is a step forward. 
• Convenient: Meet a wide range of employers that you would not normally have a chance to speak with, all without leaving campus. Drop in between 10am and 3pm as it fits your schedule (last check-in time is 2:45pm).
