Approve/Edit/Delete Forms
Approve/Edit Forms
1. Navigate to Dashboard and click on the forms you want to approve

2. Approve forms either directly from this page or by navigating to the student profile through the View option

3. Click on the Form you want to edit/approve

4. Click on the “Action Button” and click “Edit.”

5. Choose the Form to be Approved/Edited

6. Choose the Status from the drop-down or Edit the form if necessary

7. The status will be approved as shown in the image below

Deleting Forms
Navigate to the student Record
1. Click on the Action Button and Click Delete


2. Choose the form you want to delete.
Note :
- Deleting individual forms is possible.
- Deleting the Placement Form/Experiential Record Detail will delete all associated forms.

3. Please make sure to delete the right form as the form once deleted cannot be retrieved
