Congratulations to Anuj Mathur on winning the Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on Electrical Performance of Electronic Packaging and Systems (EPEPS 2026), held in Dallas. EPEPS is a premier IEEE conference at the forefront of signal, power, and thermal integrity for advanced packaging and systems, spanning chiplets, 3D integrated circuits, advanced memories, co-packaged optics (CPO) and AI computing hardware.

The award-winning paper, “An Efficient NN Architecture for Harmonic Balance-based Analysis for SI Applications,” was co-authored with Ahsan Javaid, Vinay Rao, Dani Tannir, Zohreh Naghibi, and Ramachandra Achar.

This award reflects Carleton University’s leading-edge research in advanced packaging, heterogeneous chiplet integration, co-packaged optics, and multi-physics and AI-based methods for signal, power, and thermal integrity in high-speed, low-power systems. The work also highlights Carleton University’s strong research collaborations with leading technology companies in advanced semiconductors.

Congratulations to Anuj and the entire research team on this outstanding achievement!
