EURUS Adjunct Research Professor, Mikhail Zherebtsov, represented the Institute and Carleton University as the keynote speaker at the IV International Scientific Forum”Public Administration: the role of citizens in the formation of digital governance”, which was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia on June 21-23.
The annual forum unites senior government and academic executives (at the rank of deputy governor, deputy minister, and university president) as well as experts on the subject matter of reforming Public Policy and Administration. I was the keynote speaker on the executive panel discussion “Digital Governance with a human face” and was involved in other expert research panels and activities of the forum, including comments to the media.
