EU Policy Brief: EU-Canada Partnership as an “Alliance for the Future”
Jan Wouters (KU Leuven) has published a Policy Brief as part of Carleton University’s Centre for European Studies Policy Brief Series, entitled “The EU–Canada partnership: An alternative route to, but not an alternative to, multilateral governance” (EU Policy Brief #20, September 2026).
Dr. Wouters, who is currently Konrad Adenauer Visiting Professor at Carleton University, discusses the potential of the EU-Canada partnership as an “alliance for the future” and nucleus for a broader multilateral coalition.
