Caroline has worked in the field of organizational health for over 30 years and has been with Canada Life since 2000. She works closely with large public sector clients including Carleton University to help identify and address emerging health and disability trends and provides access to resources like those being discussed today to support health prevention. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Health Science – Kinesiology and holds several industry-related certifications including the Mindful Leader Certification through Mindful Employer Canada.
