Workplace Health and Well-being: A Panel Discussion and Wellness Showcase

Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

Join us on Wednesday, January 28 for an afternoon dedicated to creating space for important conversations about the workplace health and well-being at Carleton University.  

This event will take place on Wednesday, January 28th from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Teraanga Commons Conference rooms (second floor) and will include a panel discussion on workplace health and well-being, and a Wellness Showcase. Panelists include Dr. Adrian Chan (Systems and Computer Engineering), Kristie Tousignant, AVP (Student Health and Wellness), Caroline Workman, National Practice Leader, Wellbeing (Canada Life) and will be moderated by Dr. Sarah Todd (Arthur Kroeger College, School of Social Work).

The wellness showcase includes people and departments from across Carleton that provide supports and resources for workplace well-being. Join us to explore, connect with colleagues, and learn about what is available!

All members of the campus community are welcome.
