Healthy Workplace Squash

Join us on Thursdays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Open to all Carleton University staff and faculty.

Location: Squash Courts located in Carleton Athletics.

Equipment is provided. Participants are asked to wear running shoes, and bring their campus card to access the facilities.

This program focuses on fun, learning the fundamentals of squash, and building core skills for both new and returning beginners.

Registration is required for all Healthy Workplace Squash 2026-2027 participants.
