Patricia Roussel, who is completing her MA in Public History, has co-authored an article with Professor David Dean exploring the connections between postage stamps, shaping national identity through processes of commemoration. Published in Active History, the article examines how this relationship plays out in praxis with a case-study of the 1996 Canada Post-issued Klondike Gold Stamp Series.
