Get Microsoft Office for Staff/Faculty

This is intended for personal devices and not CUNET joined systems.

Please note: It is strongly recommended to uninstall previous versions of Office before attempting to upgrade your version of Office. Assistance in uninstalling Office can be found at the following support article from Microsoft.

Steps to Get Office M365

Go to the M365 portal.
Sign in using your Carleton email address (in the following format firstnamelastname@cunet.carleton.ca) and MyCarletonOne password.
Click on the ‘Install Office’ button, this will download the install file. Once downloaded open the file and follow the onscreen instructions.

Access Office M365 Online

To access the web-based versions of the Office applications, which offer many of the same features visit myapplications.microsoft.com and sign in with your full @cunet.carleton.ca email address and password, MFA is required.
