Whether or not you have participated in Carleton Leader, the Community welcomes all faculty and staff in our continuous journey of leadership development and practice.
Reflecting on what we read, conversations with others help us digest our own insights and learning. We have the opportunity to dive deeper and gain new perspectives as well as contribute to the learning of others. We invite everyone to discuss your thoughts, questions, and takeaways.
Of course, we understand that not everyone will be able to join each session and that’s ok. Get your colleagues and friends involved and feel free to host a book conversation of your own.
