As part of our celebration and acknowledgement of 10 years of Carleton Leader, we’re excited to offer a workshop facilitated by Jonathan Gosling and Miriam Gage that explores the concept of Managerial Mindsets – a “ways of knowing” approach that is particularly suited to managerial and leadership work.    

The culture of an organization can favour some mindsets – which might need a re-set when circumstances change. On the other hand, it might be vital to preserve some ways of seeing, thinking, and relating in the face of unrelenting change. What does this look like for Carleton?  

We hope you can join us for an opportunity to address our individual and collective leadership styles through this generative, developmental, and collaborative approach. This workshop is open to all Carleton University faculty and staff.
