How to Manage Your Inner Chimp
On Friday January 29th, The Carleton Leader Community is pleased to present Mr. Graham Johnson of the Leaderful Partnership in an interactive lunchtime conversation in order to explore “How to Manage Your Inner Chimp”.
Drawing on the work of Professor Steve Peters’ best-selling book ‘The Chimp Paradox’ (2012); Mr. Johnson who has been an integral partner to the development of Carleton Leader, will share the secret mind management program which was used to help elite athletes during the 2012 Olympics and senior managers alike to conquer their fears and operate with greater control, focus and confidence.
Through an introduction to this model you will be able to appreciate and recognize how your mind works in order to reach your full potential, enhance your responses to become the leader you would like to be, and further explore the Carleton Leader core principles of Me, We, and Us.
