This upcoming Leaderful Conversation will be hosted by Samantha Munro, Healthy Workplace Officer in the Office of Quality Initiatives, and will focus on exploring how personality traits (such as introversion and extroversion) can impact our sense of belonging and connection, and how we as leaders can create opportunities for authentic connection within the Carleton community.
