Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 at 10:00 am to 11:30 am

  • In-person event
  • Off-Campus, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1S 5B6

How do you view leadership? How is this connected to your notion of power? How do you bring people together? How do you create teams or work with colleagues who disagree with you? How do you show others they matter?

This upcoming Leaderful Conversation will be hosted by Leta Bourque (Residence Student Conduct Coordinator), Jenny Daines (Coordinator, Assessment, Hiring and Training) and Natalie Allan (Assistant Director, Residence Life Services), and will explore various leadership concepts such as empathy, power, vulnerability and community. In this Leaderful Conversation, we will discuss these questions using the Brene Brown podcast episode with President-Elect Joe Biden as our catalyst. (The podcast was recorded and aired before the US election.)
