Process Improvement Workshop Series

Join the Office of Quality Initiatives (OQI) for the Process Improvement Workshop Series. This comprehensive five-part series is designed to help you recognize the value and importance of process improvement, introduce you to essential methodologies and principles, and guide you through the steps involved in improving processes. Open to all faculty and staff members, participants are encouraged to identify a process they would like to review and improve over the workshop series.

Each of the five 90-minute modules will take place in Tory Building Room 506, on:

Participants are strongly encouraged to complete all five sessions. If you cannot attend the first session, we encourage you to register for a future series, as the first session is foundational to the remaining sessions.
