My current research focuses on intergroup relations, specifically looking at allyship between groups such as Black Americans, Asian Americans, and Latino/Hispanic Americans. I am looking at allyship between these groups through the lenses of zero-sum beliefs, competitive victimhood, and ingroup projection. I am also interested in research on health and health care. Specifically, I am interested in research on binge eating, food addiction, and movements surrounding health and weight.
