My research focuses on self-regulation strategy use in daily life, especially the self-talk people use during everyday goal pursuit and how it relates to their success and well-being. I also research psychophysiology, looking at how physiological synchrony can enhance or disrupt teamwork. Beyond academia, I work in organizational assessment and use psychometrics to develop and validate tools for understanding workplace health, personality, and goal strivings.
