Submitting Alternate Format Requests for Textbooks or Research Materials
Members of the Carleton Community with a disability can request alternate formats of materials for course and research purposes through Library Accessibility Services.
To access this service as a student:
If you are already connected with Alternate Format Services and require alternate format for your course readings, make your request directly via Omni, or by completing and submitting the Alternate Format Request Form.
A referral from the Paul Menton Centre is required. Please speak with your PMC Coordinator about a referral if you think this service will help addressing functional impairments related to your disability.
