PMC Bursaries for Students with Disabilities
Bursaries administered by the PMC include:
- Canadian Council of the Blind Bursary
- Ed Ireland Student Bursaries
- Janice Elliott Student Service Bursary
- Nicholas Leroux Memorial Bursary
- William Fraser Bursary for Students with Disabilities
- Charles Watters Memorial Bursary
- Hollis Peirce Bursary for Students with Disabilities
- IODE Lord Dundonald Giselle Lazure Memorial Award (not open for the 2026-2027 award cycle)
By submitting the PMC Bursaries Application Form you agree to be considered for any of the bursaries listed above for which you meet the eligibility criteria. Only one submission is required.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to any of the bursaries listed above you must…
- Demonstrate financial need (by completing and submitting the application form).
- Be registered with the PMC.
- Additional terms and eligibility requirements for specific bursaries can be found on page two (2) of the Paul Menton Centre Bursaries application form.
Application Instructions
- Complete all sections of the PMC Bursaries application form.
- Submit the completed form directly to Awards and Financial Aid, awards@carleton.ca.
Application are open July 15 – October 15. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
