ADHD Coaching Group
Are you tired of ADHD symptoms ruling your life – e.g. sleeping in through classes, missing deadlines, cramming last-minute for tests? Do you want to make lasting changes to who you are as a student?
Students meet in-person, as a group, to vision identity-based goals, select strategies to meet them, and then follow through with regular accountability check-ins and support.
