Feeling Overwhelmed? FITA Can Help.
University can be exciting, but it can also feel like a lot to manage. When things get stressful in one area of life, it often spills into another. If you’re struggling personally, it can be hard to stay focused academically, and vice versa.
The From Intention to Action (FITA) program offers confidential, one-on-one support to help you manage stress, stay motivated, and feel more in control of your studies.
Through up to 10 weekly sessions with a FITA coordinator, you’ll have a space to talk about what’s been getting in your way, whether that’s academic pressure, motivation, anxiety, or life outside of school. Together, you’ll work on strategies to build balance, confidence, and effective habits that support your well-being and academic success.
