Carleton Quantum Computing Society (CQCS) kick-off event will be launched on Friday, February 9th, 2024 at TB360 (Tory Building) from 5:00pm to 7:00pm EST.

We are excited to invite you to join the event with us. We have invited some of the best expertise in the field of Quantum Computing in Ottawa to deliver a speech and an excellent opportunity for networking. We also offer FREE FOOD.

We are honored to feature Professor Michel Barbeau, who will present on Cutting-edge Research in Quantum Computing, and Researcher Iain Burge, who will discuss Explainable Quantum AI.

We also are honored to have Prof Jun (Steed) Huang as a third guest speaker of our event besides Prof. Michel Barbeau and Iain Burge.

Prof. Jun (Steed) Huang is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University. He is also the Project Advisor for AI Ecosystem for Forest Therapy at VisionX LLC, San Jose, CA, USA.

Prof. Jun (Steed) Huang will discuss Quantum Entanglement Speed.”
