Mentorship Nights are for women students to participate in a roundtable mentorship opportunity with working professionals from leading engineering and IT companies. Join us for the second mentorship event of the winter semester to explore the transferable skills employers value across industries.

During this session, you will:

  • Learn how to confidently identify their strengths, articulate their value in interviews and position themselves as workplace-ready professionals.
  • Discover how to translate academic projects, co-op opportunities, volunteer work and extracurricular involvement into career-ready competencies.
  • Gain practical insights on how to identify, articulate and confidently showcase your skills and strengths in interviews and workplace.

Whether you’re preparing for your first internship or planning your next career move, this event will equip you with the tools and confidence to take that step forward.
