In order to edit or add OCICS courses, you require an SCS Drupal Account:
The OCICS site consist of several pages:
- OCICS courses
- OCICS course listing
- Static pages

- Edit an OCICS course

You can edit an OCICS course in the course listing as follows:
- Log into Drupal
- Once logged in, you will see a black admin bar at the top. Click on ‘Content’ at the top left, do not choose a submenu, just click on the main Content link.
- Filter by type ‘OCICS courses’
- Find your course in the listing and select the ‘Edit’ link to the right of the listing
- Make your Edit to the form and then select SAVE at the bottom of the form
- Add a new OCICS course

- Log into Drupal
- Once logged in, you will see a black admin bar at the top. Click on: Content – Add content – OCICS courses
- Populate the form and then click SAVE at the bottom of the form.
The course will then be automatically added to the OCICS course timetable listing for the entered year and term:

- Log into Drupal
- Once logged in, you will see a black admin bar at the top. Click on ‘Content’ at the top left, do not choose a submenu, just click on the main Content link.
- Filter by type ‘OCICS courses’
- Find the course entry that you wish to delete and select ‘Delete’ on the far right of the entry
Please note the OCICS course listing page has been programmed in PHP and can only be edited by the SCS Tech staff.
Edit a static OCICS course page
- Log into Drupal
- Once logged in, you will see a black admin bar at the top. Click on ‘Content’ at the top left, do not choose a submenu, just click on the main Content link.
- Filter by type ‘OCICS2’
- Edit the static page and then SAVE it by clicking save at the bottom of the page
