Update: This problem has now been resolved. Full service was restored at 1:10 PM.
As of 11:30AM: Problems are being experienced with the Carleton Speech Attendant which is accessed at 613-520-2600. Calls are being redirected to a live attendant (operator).
ITS support is investigating. Expect delays. Or take advantage of the on-line phonebook.
