Any online application that collects payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) must adhere to the University’s ecommerce policy. Part of complying with this policy is an application review by ITS security.
The ecommerce security field has been changing in recent years and industry-wide standards have been established for processing credit card transactions online.
