This is an important notice about LAWS 2908 offered in Fall 2017 – Winter 2018:
Sections A & G are online only.
- The online version of LAWS 2908 will be 3 hours in total.
- Both the Lecture and Tutorial will be taught by Professor Zeina Bou-Zeid.
- Students should register in the class only if they have the ability to watch the lecture/tutorial during the courses scheduled time slots. However, since there is no mandatory attendance mark, students can still register and watch all the lectures/tutorials at a later date (but would not enjoy the full benefits of the LIVE tutorial online).
- These courses will NOT be available through CUOL. They will be available to all registered students on the respective course cuLearn page.
Each class broadcast will include:
- 1.5 hour Lecture: Students can watch the lectures at any time, but it is highly recommended that the lectures are watched every week in the regular time slot.
- 1.5 hour LIVE Online Tutorial:
- The Tutorials will be broadcast LIVE on cuLearn during the scheduled time slot.
- Students are required to view the tutorial during the LIVE broadcast. All tutorials will be recorded and made available via cuLearn for later viewing.
- It is recommended that students watch the tutorial when it is broadcast LIVE as during this time there will be opportunities to interact with the professor and ask questions etc.
