German Minister of State Michael Link gave at lecture at Carleton University Feb 13, 2013 to kick off our new European Perspectives lecture series, which focused on relevant EU member state positions on a wide variety of issues. Minister Link elaborated on how the EU member states interact with key issues of bilateral relations in his talk, entitled “The Eurozone Crisis and Its Implications for Transatlantic Relations.”
