In this lecture, recorded on October 3, 2014 at the European Union Center of the University of Illinois, Dr Joan DeBardeleben discusses the changing dynamics of the EU-Russia relationship, as seen through media discourse in Russia, Germany, and Poland.
Dr DeBardeleben is Chancellor’s Professor in the Political Science Department and the Institute of European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies at Carleton University, and also hold a Jean Monnet chair in EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood Relations. She is the director of the Carleton Centre for European Studies (an EU Centre of Excellence).
