SUMMARY OF SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Outlined below are the various ways in which you can participate in COSC 2023. Please feel free to

Conference Support Levels (all amounts are in Canadian dollars)

Platinum $10,000 or greater Gold $5,000
Silver $2,500
Bronze $1,000 Supporter up to $999

Your cumulative support from the list below determines your organization’s sponsorship category as
defined above.

Benefits of Conference Sponsorship

• A pre-conference delegate list (available from 15 April 2020 to 11 May 2020)
• A post-conference delegate list (provided on or before 15 June 2020)
• Recognition in the final downloadable PDF program and meeting website with links to your
corporate/institution website
• Recognition in conference promotional material
• Recognition on prominent conference event signage (e.g., posters, advertisements)

Plenary Lecture and Symposium Support

Plenary Lecture Support ($5,000 each): This level of sponsorship will support one of the two COSC
2020 plenary speakers to travel and deliver a presentation in one of the plenary sessions. Your organization’s sponsorship and logos/advertisements will be clearly highlighted at the session and will be prominently displayed on the keynote-lecture slide and in sponsors’ pages in the program.

Symposium Support ($5,000): This level of sponsorship will support a COSC 2020 symposium during the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship and logo will be clearly highlighted during the symposium, and in the symposium and sponsors’ pages in the program.

Invited Speaker Support ($2,000): This level of sponsorship will offset travel, accommodation and registration expenses for a COSC 2020 Canadian invited speaker. Your organization’s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the relevant section(s) in the program. You may identify your speaker of choice.

Support for plenary lectures, symposia and invited speakers presents exclusive sponsorship opportunities. These include recognition on the COSC 2020 conference website, acknowledgement in all conference materials including the program; acknowledgement on signage displayed during the conference plus verbal acknowledgements and recognitions.

Trainee Award Support

Trainee Symposium Awards $1,000
Trainee Poster Awards $1,000 (1st prizes @ $500; 2nd prizes @ $300; 3rd prizes @ $200)
Trainee Travel Awards $4,500

5 @ $300 (Medium distance: e.g. Ontario, Québec, excluding Montréal)

5 @ $600 (Eastern Canada – Maritimes, Newfoundland or Western Canada, International)

The Canadian Oxidative Stress Consortium is looking to expand its Trainee Awards Program for COSC
2020. We would gladly work with your company to create new awards that align with your priorities
and with our mission to promote research and education in Canada while recognizing the
accomplishments of junior Canadian and international researchers in the field of oxidative stress.

Benefits of Trainee-Award Sponsorship

• Your company’s name on the award(s) and all award-related materials
• Recognition on the COSC 2020 conference website
• Recognition in all conference materials including the program
• Recognition in the COSC Newsletter following COSC 2020
• A complementary ticket for the COSC 2020 Banquet (15 May 2020) for your company representative
to present the award you sponsored.

Lunch & Coffee Break Support

Lunch Support ($3,000): This will offset expenses related to a specified lunch break during the
conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be advertised during that lunch break.

Coffee Break Support ($1,200): This will offset expenses related to specified coffee breaks during
one day of the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be advertised during that coffee
break.

Support for lunch or coffee break provides an excellent sponsorship opportunity with the following
benefits: recognition on the COSC 2020 conference website, acknowledgement in all conference
materials including the program; acknowledgement on signage displayed during COSC 2020 plus verbal
acknowledgement and recognition. COSC is happy to accept in-kind support for the lunch and coffee
breaks.

Exhibition Booth ($1,000 for the first booth) Deadline for reservation is 15 April 2020. You are
invited to exhibit at COSC 2020. The Exhibition will take place over 2.5 days:

Wednesday 13 May 2020: Morning Setup & Exhibit
Thursday 14 May 2020: Exhibit
Friday 15 May 2020: Morning Exhibit and Teardown after PM Coffee Break

A limited number of booths are available. Each booth is 8’ X 10’ and includes a skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 1 electrical outlet and wireless access.

Special offer: Reserve two booths for $1750 (save $250).

Technical Workshops

A limited number of workshop opportunities ($1,500 per workshop) will be available to sponsors. The fee includes a 45-minute time slot scheduled in the program during one of the poster sessions and a room that can accommodate up to 120 people. Your workshop will be included in the program information on the COSC 2020 conference website and in the program.

Special offer: Reserve a technical workshop and a booth for $2,000 (save $500). When completing the Sponsor and Exhibit-Space Registration Form, select the Technical Workshop plus Booth option.
