SUMMARY OF SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Outlined below are the various ways in which you can participate in the COSC 2018 Conference. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Conference Support Levels
Platinum ($10,000 or greater)
Supporter (up to $999)
The cumulative support from the list below determines your organization’s support level (above).
Benefits of Conference Sponsorship
• A pre-conference delegate list (available from May 1, 2018 – June 1, 2018)
• A post-conference delegate list (provided after the meeting, on or before by July 1, 2018)
• Recognition in the Final Program and Meeting Website
• Website with links to your corporate/institution website
• Recognition on conference promotional material
• Recognition on prominent conference event signage (e.g., posters, advertisements).
Plenary Lecture and Symposium Support
Plenary Lecture Support ($5,000): This level of support will sponsor a plenary speaker to attend and deliver a presentation in one of the plenary speaker sessions. Your organization’s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and logos/advertisements will be inserted on the keynote lecture slide and sponsors pages in the program book.
Symposium Support ($5,000): This level of support will sponsor a COSC Symposium session during the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the symposium and sponsor’s pages in the program book.
Speaker Support ($1,500): This support will offset travel and accommodation expenses for a COSC speaker at the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the relevant section(s) in the program book. You may identify your speaker of choice, and you may request for the speaker to directly bill to your organization.
The Plenary Lectures, Symposium and Speaker Supports are exclusive sponsor opportunities, and will include the following benefits: recognition on the COSC conference website, acknowledgement in all printed conference materials including the Final Program; acknowledgement on signage displayed at the conference, verbal acknowledgement and recognition.
Lunch & Coffee Break Support
Lunch Support ($2,500): This support will offset expenses related to a specified Lunch Break during the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be advertised during the lunch break.
Coffee Break Support ($1,000): This support will offset expenses related to a specified Coffee Break during the conference. Your organization’s sponsorship will be advertised at a coffee break.
The Lunch and Coffee Break Supports are excellent sponsorship opportunities, which provide the following benefits: recognition on the COSC conference website, acknowledgement in all printed conference materials including the Final Program; acknowledgement on signage displayed at the conference, verbal acknowledgement and recognition. COSC is happy to accept in-kind support for the lunch and coffee break sessions.

The Canadian Oxidative Stress Consortium (COSC) is looking to expand its awards programs in the coming year. We would like to work with your company to create new awards that match your company’s priorities and COSC’s mission. The awards are an important part of COSC’s mandate to promote research and education in Canada, as well as recognizing the accomplishments of Canadian researchers in the field of oxidative stress.
Some benefits of award sponsorship follow:

– recognition on the COSC website
– recognition in COSC 2018 Conference print materials

– Free ticket for a company representative to attend the COSC Banquet at the COSC Meeting, where award presentations are made.

You are invited to exhibit at the COSC’s Annual Conference. A limited number of display spaces will be available. Exhibition will be 2.5 days in length, May 30th, 31st, and June 1st 2018. 8’ X 10’ booth (skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket and 1 electric plug and Wireless Access). Deadline for online reservation is May 1, 2018.

Technical Workshop ($1,350 Workshop)
A limited number of workshop opportunities will be available to sponsors. The fees include a 45 minute time slot scheduled in the program during one of the poster sessions and a room that can accommodate up to 40 people. Your workshop will be included in the program information on the COSC Conference webpage and the program book. Special offer: choose a booth and a workshop for $2000 (save $350) or get two booths for $1750. When completing the online reservation form, please choose $1,000 second booth / Workshop option and in “Additional Needs” field indicate that it is a workshop-discounted option.
