Red Car Shuttle Services for Toronto Pearson and Hamilton Airports

Arriving in Toronto Pearson Airport:
Red Car Service shares a check-in desk with other ground transportation companies in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
At Terminal 1, our desk is located one floor below the Arrivals Level. Once you have collected your luggage and have exited the restricted area, you will exit out into the public concourse. Turn right and follow the signs for Ground Level or Ground Transportation/Out of Town Van Services (not Taxis and Limos). And don’t go outside; our desk is inside the terminal. You will need to go downstairs to Ground Level and there is an elevator (on your right) and an escalator (on your left) within a short distance of each other to take you. If you use the elevator, walk straight out of the elevator and then turn left. Our desk is on your left. If you use the escalator, the desk is located at the bottom of it.
At Terminal 3, our desk is located on the Arrivals Level, between exit doors C and D. Don’t go outside; our desk is inside the terminal. If you are arriving on international flights or flights from the United States, turn left when you exit baggage claim. Proceed along the terminal, past the D exit doors, to the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk located on your right. If you are arriving on flights from within Canada, turn right when you exit baggage claim and proceed to Out of Town Ground Transportation located just past the C exit doors on your left.
If you cannot find the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk please call 416-776-9550 (local call) and speak to the representative.
When you arrive at the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk, make sure you check in with the agent for Red Car. The agent will record your arrival and alert your driver when it’s time to pull up to the curb.
Arriving in Hamilton:
Your uniformed driver will meet you just beyond the luggage area holding a Red Car Service sign.

Commuting delegates must purchase a parking pass should they wish to park on campus Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. An ORANGE conference parking pass entitles conference delegates to park in lots P13, P14, P15, & P19. Please note that the parking passes must be displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard.
In the summer months (May – August), daily passes cost $7.96 plus applicable taxes, weekly passes cost $31.86 plus applicable taxes, & monthly passes cost $48.67 plus applicable taxes. Electronic parking passes can be purchased for $7.96 + 13% HST = $9/day but have to be purchased for the full three days. They are available through the registration form. Before the meeting, you will be emailed the electronic pass which you will have to print and display on your dashboard. Daily passes can also be purchased through the registration desk during the meeting. You will need to park your car, go to the registration desk to purchase the pass paying by cash then go back to your car to display the pass on the dash board.
For delegates who stay overnight in the University of Guelph East Residence, parking is included in the accommodation rates. Delegates staying in residence will receive a GREEN parking pass and may park in P19 (North residences), P17 (East residences and Townhouses) or P13 (South residences).
