Professor Monaghan comments on FBI Border Policing Database (TUSCAN)

In February, Canadian Matthew Soltys was blocked from entering the U.S. and believes his environmental activism may have landed him on the FBI’s TUSCAN list, a terrorist watch list. Professor Monaghan spoke with TheRecord.com about the issue and how difficult it can be to get one’s name removed from such a list.
