Prof Jeffrey Monaghan’s Research discussed in Senate

On June 18th, 2020, Senator Woo spoke on behalf of Senator Rosa Galvez during an emergency debate regarding systemic racism in Canada. During this speech, Sen. Galvez refers to Professor Jeffrey Monaghan’s reasearch documenting how the police and other security agencies developed a profile surveillance regime that targets Indigenous movements as national security threats.
