Field Placement 2023-2024 Supervisor Breakfast

As our way of saying thank you to the dedicated field placement supervisors, we extend an invitation for you to join us for breakfast on Wednesday, April 19 at 8:30am in DT 2017 Dunton Tower (20th floor), Carleton University. Your student(s) will be invited to join you as well.

Our guest speaker will be Dr. Daniel Crepault from Harvest House, who will share insights into the invaluable work being done at Harvest House and his connections to Carleton.

Dr. Daniel Crépault has a Ph.D. in criminology from the University of Ottawa and is the Program Director at Harvest House Ministries, a residential drug and alcohol treatment program located in Ottawa, Ontario. He is himself a recovering addict and graduate of the Harvest House program who has been sober for 18 years. He entered addiction treatment at the age of 17, after dropping out of high school and getting in trouble with the police. With support and encouragement from Harvest House, he completed his high school equivalency degree and then went on to university. Today, he helps other recovering addicts, providing them with the same opportunities he had.
