ICCJ Student Groups

The Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice is home to three active student groups that work beside and with one another to enhance the student experience.

The Carleton University Criminology and Criminal Justice Society (CUCCJS) is a student-led society open to all Carleton Undergraduate students and takes an intersectional and critical stance in approaching the field of criminology and justice. They offer networking opportunities, a variety of resources, student events, and expeditions. Click on the link above to visit their website or view their Instagram for up-to-date information!

The ICCJ BIPOC Caucus works to support, culturally empower, and advocate for Black, Indigenous, and students of colour within the ICCJ program. Its goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for Carleton BIPOC students to feel represented in the community by offering resources, community building events, and providing support systems for Carleton students.  Crime and Ethos: Carleton Undergraduate Criminology Journal is a student-run academic journal dedicated to elevating undergraduate work within the field of criminology and related disciplines.
