As part of Business Continuity Awareness Week (May 16 – 20), we want to equip departments and staff with the tools and knowledge to build upon their business continuity plans and better understand the planning process. To mark this special week, the Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations team is pleased to announce the release of our introductory online training course titled “Business Continuity Overview”, a course designed specifically for those that are new to business continuity planning or would like a refresher on the basics of what business continuity planning is and its importance.
