The Canadian Journal of European and Russian Studies (CJERS) invites proposals for special issues or special sections. Proposals are evaluated as received. We welcome proposals that address topics related to the European Union, its Member States, the former Soviet Union, and Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on the social sciences, policy studies, law, and/or international affairs. In addition to themed proposals, CJERS also welcomes high-quality individual submissions that align with the journal’s scope. CJERS is an open access scholarly journal with a double-blind review process, housed at the Centre for European Studies at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
