Scaffolding to be Constructed the Week of Jan. 5
As part of the Loeb Building Envelope Remediation and Replacement project kicking off in 2026, scaffolding will be placed around the building the week of Jan. 5. The construction of the scaffolding will take approximately two to three weeks, and the scaffolding will remain in place for the duration of the project, which is expected to be complete by late 2027 or early 2028.
Occupant Impacts due to Scaffolding Construction
Entry ways and exits may be temporarily impacted as workers construct the scaffolding. Signage will be put up to direct building occupants to alternate entries and exits. Please abide by all signage for your own safety.
The project and contractor team will work together to mitigate noise and disruption as much as possible for the duration of the project. Please use our Contact page if you have concerns.
Parking spaces on the north side of the road outside Loeb will be impacted, but the roadway is expected to remain open to allow emergency vehicles and other traffic to pass. Those with parking passes have been notified.
All available entry ways and exits will remain accessible, but if you have questions or concerns, please use our Contact page.
