About the Project

The Loeb Building Envelope Remediation and Replacement project is an initiative that aims to improve the overall health of the building while increasing our commitment to sustainability, reducing our carbon footprint, realizing direct cost savings in offsetting energy consumption and minimizing required maintenance over a 25-year span. The project, kicking off in early 2026, involves the replacement and remediation of the exterior walls of the building.
