Space is a University resource and is allocated to users for a specific function or purpose. New space requests should be referred to Space Management and Capital Planning through the Faculty space representative or Administrative Unit Director/AVP. The primary function in this area is to effectively manage and allocate the University’s 4.3 million square feet of space resources to ensure efficient and effective utilization in the primary areas of instructional, academic & administrative support and research space. This includes:
- Evaluation of existing space
- Programming of new space
