Usman Abdullateef

VP Academic

Dr. Usman Abdullateef is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a graduate student in the Professional MSc in Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs at Carleton University. With a background in veterinary clinical practice, research, and public health, he is passionate about evidence-based healthcare, clinical research, antimicrobial stewardship, and One Health. Outside academics, Usman enjoys connecting with people, learning from different perspectives, and contributing to meaningful initiatives within his community. As VP Academic, he is excited to work alongside the HSGSA executive team and fellow graduate students to promote academic growth, research engagement, and a supportive and connected graduate student experience.
