More than ever, Carleton’s ongoing commitment to always “Strive for Wellness” must inform everything we do. As part of this commitment to wellness, we are reaching out in the hopes you will consider joining us again for the annual Run for Women on the “Ravens for Mental Health” team.

This year’s LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ Run for Women 5K/10k run or walk will be a hybrid event which means folks will be able to participate virtually or in-person at Hog’s Back Park on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

To register and join us, please follow the steps below:

• Click Sign Up
• Select the Ottawa, ON Event
• Click Register
• When registering, select Join a Team
• Search for Ravens for Mental Health
